The gallery begins with a commitment to British and Mexican female painters but with an ever-expanding constellation of artists working with paper, textiles, sculpture, and installation. The gallery proudly works with a growing number of artists including Renée Abaroa (Mexico), Mónica Figueroa (Mexico), María Kalach (Mexico), Frederik Nystrup Larsen (Denmark), Vanessa Raw (UK) and José Romussi (Chile). The gallery will also show works by artists strongly influenced by Mexico including Grace Hartigan (USA), Leonora Carrington (UK), and Henry Moore (UK).

Housed within the 1911 building of what was previously Casa Lamm - an educational institution for Literature and Art History in Roma Norte - the gallery will continue as a space for conversation, discovery and aesthetic inquiry at LAMM. The four rooms of the gallery are named after Frida Kahlo, Nahui Ollin, Marguerite Yourcenar, and Luis Cernuda and magically haunt the architecture with their intellectual and creative presence.
